Negatives: Poor cleanliness, we had to switch rooms because tub was dirty with sand and hair, curtain hangers off hooks and therefore did not close. Light bulbs missing, bathroom fan did not work, shower curtain bar hanging by a thread. No breakfast

Negatives: The price per night should be in the $70-$100 range

Negatives: No elevator . Two senior citizens and placed on 3rd floor very difficult to move suitcases in and then back out. Almost checked out upon arrival when this was noted.

Negatives: Breakfast? You call that breakfast? some coffee and packaged sweet? I don't. The room and inside the facility seemed dingy. There was a mustly smell when AC was turned on. Although this was a no smoking room and floor, there was a faint smoke smell lingering and during the night a strong smell of marijuana. One of the beds was missing a pillow. The "blankets" were blankets only in theory - but too thin and too small to actually serve as a blanket. Sheets felt old and top sheet barely covered. Mold around the cracks in the tub area. My daughter was afraid of foot fungus and would't take a shower. Toilet bowl had dirty stains and looked unclean Almost ran out of toilet paper. Towels very thin. Smudges and stuff on the bed headrests. AC was set low but after a while it stopped cooling even though it stayed running all night. No coffee maker in the room. Only one trash can in the bed area, none in the bathroom. Not the type of room I'm used to staying in.

Negatives: Didn't have any bath towels!

Negatives: Had to pay a deposit which was in my boyfriends name the first night. When checking out the next morning, we transferred the when from his name into as he would be at work the next morning for check out. Therefore the deposit should have transferred from his name into mine or I should have had to pay a deposit also. The next day however the owner refuse to let me have the deposit when I went to check out. He said it was in my boyfriend's name and my boyfriend how did you get it back however as I said the room was now in my name which meant the deposit should have been in my line. He absolutely refused adamantly and got rather rude threatening to call the police on me if I did not leave the property. He also complained about too much traffic the day before when the only traffic that we had was our son coming to pick up his sister to go back to their home with their mom. It wasn't like we had several random people coming to the room. It was only our children who came twice. Our son came to pick up our daughter for lunch then came back to the hotel to get her thing and left. That should not have been anything to be complained about. I could understand if they had been loud or disrupted but they weren't. They are both 18 and he is actually a deputy with the Roanoke City Sheriff's Office. So definitely not even troublemakers, loud or unruly. I had to assure the owner that they had gone back to their mothers and would not be returning for him to even re-rent the room to us the next day. Again this was our children.

Negatives: Vending machines were only cash and selection was limited.

Negatives: Smelly room, leaking shower, wet bathroom , improper lights, very poor breakfast. Not atvall worth paying USD 125 per night.

Negatives: Having a better people person at the front desk would help.
