Positives: The location was perfect for the conference we were attending. The breakfast was quick and delicious! The staff was very helpful when we had an issue at check-in.

Negatives: The only thing I didn't like was that I had booked 2 rooms - 1 with a King and another with 2 Queen. When we arrived, there were no more Queen rooms available. So we had three people on a business trip, and only 2 beds. They said this was an issue with Booking.com, not their hotel. However, there needs to be better communication between the two to prevent this from happening.

Negatives: Our room was served only 1 of the 3 nights we stayed and they did not leave toilet paper in the room when it was low. Water pressure was low in shower and bathroom sink.
