Positives: Price was good and fair for the room. Location for us was good. Parking was good. Bed was comfortable.

Negatives: Water Pressure in Shower was pretty weak, Refrigerator was too cold and froze our food and drink and there was no adjustment knob inside. Coffee wasn't ready until 6am, and we had to leave at 5am for work.
