I didn’t really like anything

I didn’t like that all three of the employees that I encountered had on regular clothes with no name tags. The person that checked me in wasn’t friendly and didn’t even know how to work the system, He told me that I could use Apple Pay but actually the tap to pay did not work and he did absolutely nothing to try to fix the situation. He stood there for 5 minutes and watched me try to pay using the tap to pay feature that clearly doesn’t work. There was complimentary water pre bagged right behind him he never offered me water.

Bed was very comfortable, the room darkening shades worked well. Breakfast was good and area clean and the staff at the front desk friendly and available.
Negatives:
Breakfast area needs a purell hand sanitizer station.

Room was clean. location was good. check in and check out were simple. room was quiet.
Negatives:
The shower head/shower pressure was kind of crumby. Needs to be replaced. It was covered in gunk and sprayed awkwardly and just wasn't good.
