Positives: Gave us a first floor room.

Negatives: Parking lot needs repairs. First room was insufficient, heating system didn't work. Moved to a different room which was better. Breakfast was less than expected. waffles were the only hot food.

Negatives: towels need to be changed daily without the tenant requesting it.

Negatives: Towels should have been changed every day without them being requested. Location without direction: needs sign at road to avoid wrong turns going nowhere.

Positives: King size bed was very comfy. Price charged was pretty good.

Negatives: The bathtub was old and needed caulking. The microwave was not plugged in and I tried to plug in and it still didnt work. The hotel was hard to find at night. The hotel sign was in disrepair.

Positives: quiet. Safe. Clean. safe shower with rails to hold.

Negatives: hot water dissipated after a few minutes leaving mildly warm water, lukewarm. Not good on old bones.

Positives: I needed a budget overnight stay in this area which has fairly limited options. Quality Inn Thornburg met the criteria. Was clean, comfortable, convenient, and had more amenities than I expected. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast a bonus!

Positives: The breakfast bar was one of the best I've had for not being an entire hot breakfast

Negatives: The General Manager is a hypocrite and didn't treat me or my disabled girlfriend with respect. He literally watched me book the room with a credit card and then demanded a $50 deposit. When I tried to talk to him about being a diamond member he didn't car
