Positives: The manager gave us his best room after we petitioned about the condition of the one we were assigned.

Negatives: The first room we were assigned was supposed to have been refurbished. It felt more like walking into a clean jail. There were roaches of various ages inhabiting the room, brick walls, and steel beds with stiff mattresses. There was no phone to contact front desk. It smelled unpleasant like a former smoker's room.
