Our room had not been cleaned. There was snack food on the floor and the bathroom was dirty. I asked for another room, which the front desk clerk arranged. We did not stay because we lost confidence in the facility after seeing dirty floors around the elevators. We found another room across town at Sleep Inn, which was clean and beautiful.

Overall the property appeared clean and the staff were all very friendly.

There were a few issues . When asking for additional blankets and pillows we were told there were not any which effected our comfort as well we when I asked how the in-room coffee pots are cleaned I was told they are rinsed out in the bathroom sink and no soap is used. Thats a major issue for me therefore I was not comfortable being able to use the one in our room. I also wouldve liked to have seen some additional food options for breakfast as well as the time extended to 10:30 am instead of cutting it off at 9:30am.

When we checked into the room the bathroom was dirty & I had to ask for someone to come & clean. My husband has mobility issues so we were on the first floor. The shower had mold & it certainly was not deep cleaned as promised. In my opinion, this was a waste of $159

Ive machines on at least two floors did not work needed more and better pillows

The refrigerator in our room didn't work. When I called the front desk and told the clerk, she sounded aggravated, then moved us to a room right next to the elevator and the ice machine. Heard BOTH through the damn wall all night, which was AWESOME with a 3 year old. Room wasn't the cleanest, toilet ran non stop, bed was rock hard and the a/c worked mediocre at best. The breakfast was awful as well. Stale bagels, disgusting coffee, and a not so great waffle iron. My wife and daughter enjoyed the pool so at least there was that.
