The incredible hospitality of the staff. Very friendly upon greeting and departure and were personable as well. Left for the NASCAR race at Bristol and didnt return until 1 am. Was very pleased upon my return to see how well-lit the parking lot was. Felt safe. Bed was comfortable and bathroom/shower operated as it should. Had a quiet nights sleep as well as I never heard my neighbors. Great location right off the interstate and near some restaurants as well. The hotel sits on top of a hill so you have a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and the interstate from the parking lot.

Facilities definitely were a bit more dated, but as long as everything was operating properly I dont have any complaints.

I loved the area. It was very convenient, and perfect for a halfway stop to Myrtle Beach. Very conveniently located by a Cracker Barrel restaurant too. Staff was very friendly.

It was a good location to the highway. Quiet and clean.

Check in the evening I got there. My credit card was already on record and the front desk girl charged me another night. I didn't notice it until check out when I got an alert on my account. The morning check out girl, Cindy, was very helpful in crediting the charge. However, I still have not seen the charge reversal on my card or the additional 50 charge removed. I appreciated Cindy's help.
