Superb
Positives:
We always stayed here when we would come in to see family. Until this last trip we never had a problem here. The rooms were clean, staff was very very helpful and our kids and grandbabies love the pool. The staff on our last night were amazing and set the breakfast room up for us so that we could have our last dinner there with my mother in law who has MS. She would never been able to do the stairs to get to our rooms to do this with us.
Negatives:
The fact we were on the 3rd floor and our son and daughter in law were on the 4th floor with NO working elevator. That was horrible with family members with health issues. Also whomever cleaned our room there used the bathroom in my mother's room and didn't flush the toilet and helped themselves to food that was in our room.
