Negatives: Breakfast was bland basic and uninspired. Can’t tell if it’s gone downhill since I used to come as a kid or if it was never as good as I remember it being Carpets were pretty dingy Breakfast staff were curt to rude

Negatives: I liked all of it.

Negatives: Walls were paper thin. PAPER THIN. We heard every noise of our neighbors. Room was run down. Smelled like dog urine and super musty. Mirrors were dirty. Breakfast shut down RIGHT at 9:00am as my husband and kids were actively in line waiting for omelettes, despite getting there at 8:45.

Negatives: One of the elevators was under construction leaving just two elevators for a five floor hotel with hundreds of guests. We had to wait 5-7 min for the elevator to bring us down from the third floor because it kept coming up full of people.

Negatives: Low toilets in bathroom no safety handles warn out scraped chairs/ furniture in room

Negatives: My stay at this hotel was a frustrating and disappointing experience. While Steve at the front desk was professional and helpful during check-in, the rest of the staff failed miserably in providing even basic hospitality. The hotel charged a $75 per night deposit for incidentals, which I was told would cover parking fees. However, parking fees were charged separately in an additional transaction without any clear explanation. The buffet experience was no better. The buffet attendant and cleaning staff were outright rude, raising their voices at guests and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of training and management oversight. To make matters worse, the hotel withheld an amount equal to 50% of my three-night stay, and this deposit has yet to be refunded. Such mismanagement and negligence are appalling and unacceptable. Steve is the only reason I’m not rating this even lower, as he was the only person who showed professionalism and tried to make the check-in process smooth. Unfortunately, one good employee cannot compensate for the overall terrible experience this hotel provided.
