Positives: Nothing. My room was given away and refund was hard to come by.

Negatives: Booked a room two weeks before, and upon showing up at 10pm - they had given not only mr booking to someone else, but also another person checking in... getting a refund has been an issue. The owner/management is either stealing money or ridiculously bad at managing stays. Desk clerk seemed emotionally removed from existence, which makes sense given the state of affairs at this hotel.

Negatives: There is no breakfast like they say. The only thing you can get is coffee from the breakfast area. When we booked the room it said there was breakfast included so when I took my kids to get something to eat there was only coffee available.
