Best Western Plus Dayton Hotel & Suites

Negatives: Little not to like. They could maybe serve dinner in the evenings but that's all.

Negatives: I think they need to make enough food to accommodate the amount of people they have. When we came out around 8am the first morning the cooked food was pretty much depleted.

Negatives: It was a bit expensive for such a small town.

Negatives: I wasn't going to write this review, but within seconds of entering the lobby, I had decided that I'd think twice before ever staying at a Best Western again. When I entered, the woman behind the counter was addressing an older gentleman in the same sort of condescending tone you hear when someone is dealing with a very annoying 5-year old. Apparently, she had made a big point during his check-in to point out that he could use gotten a lower rate if he hadn't used some travel app to find the hotel. The gentleman was clearly angry and struggling to keep a civil demeanor, and naturally the receptionist was clueless. The older gentleman leaves rather dissatisfied and guess what I was told at least FOUR times during check-in? That the receptionist could see that I used Booking.com and she wasn't one to judge but I could have gotten a lower rate by calling Best Western directly. She was clearly too limited to see that she was being CRASS (a word seldom used these days) and that she also couldn't expect every traveler to call every hotel directly while traveling in the hopes they would find a good rate. I was pretty well pissed off by the time she got done checking me in. But there's no point arguing with people like that, they live in their own little worlds.
