Positives: Great staff who warmly accommodated our need to check in very early due to a concert we were attending. Also clean rooms, comfortable beds and super quiet on the 3rd floor.

Negatives: The pillows were too squishy and soft. Couldn’t find a firm enough one. The window shades don’t really black out the early morning sun (especially on the east side of the building) because the light shines in around the sides of the shade.
