After Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: We had a reservation for multiple days and because we arrived after midnight or reservation was canceled and given away. Nothing was mentioned on your page or reservation details about late check ins. We called and searched around for hotels and ended up staying in a shitty hotel that was double the price with no promise of refund. everything was full and only found a place at 6am. No idea about facilities, got the boot instead of the bed I paid for

Negatives: The water for the shower was barely working and the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast wasn’t a breakfast it was just coffee and no food as well. There was stains on the walls and hair on the towels.
