Positives: In a busy high traffic area, you can hear the cars and all the noise.

Negatives: No cameras for parking. The beds were sunken in, the sheets were dirty, you could tell someone had slept in them before. The pillows were really flat, very uncomfortable. I did not get a good nights sleep. This place is very run down and needs a lot of work.

Positives: Large comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast (way better than expected) and handy location to Tacoma (with your own car), easy drive to SeaTac and Seattle.

Negatives: Other guests leaving early and being less than considerate, making excessive noise.

Positives: The accessibility for my handicap father was convenient.

Negatives: the front office failed to reserve my additional night correctly. I was woken up my a call from the hotel asking of I was ready to leave. I told them I had purchased an additional night in person in the office. they couldn't find the reservation, and made me come down and pay again for the additional night, but for 40+ dollars more than they charged when I first reserved and payed. completely defeated the purpose of buying an additional night to sleep in and relax. the breakfast selection is dismal. also, there was an additional $100 deposit for the room. completely unexpected and inconvenient.

Positives: I liked the fact we got two beds and didn’t have to cozy up.

Negatives: The bathroom smelled really weird and I didn’t enjoy that one bit. There was chunky glitter on the floor that made me wonder what wasn’t clean. And a staff member walked in after we were settled in our room which was scary as well as the room wasn’t done. And the man at the front desk was a bit creepy.
