Front desk staff were lovely. We felt for the Saturday late afternoon woman at the front desk because everyone seemed to arrive at the same time. She handled everyone beautifully despite not having any additional help at the desk. So gracious, patient with impatient customers, and level headed. All walks of life seem to use this hotel and she treated everyone the same and with respect.
Negatives:
We have stayed here a few times now for concerts that happen at the Woodinville Winery. My only complaint is that the beds seem to slope toward the headboard in each room we've stayed in. Each time we have slept with our heads at the foot end because the slope is significant.

Had trouble regulating temp in room. This was because of temp outside during the day mild,hot ,cool then over night rain. I did find some small bugs in the room , not many mostly in sink area, not a problem.

I was staying there before & after cataract surgery at the local hospital. It was perfect location & cost for my limited budget. The room was great...with one small exception. There was about 1/4" space in door jam where weather stripping needed to be. This caused sounds from local freeway louder...
Small issue, but still told the management at check out of this issue.
Negatives:
Other than lack of weather stripping around the door... nothing more.

The laundry facility has a washer that was out of order for a mo. And it ate a lot of my quarters because there was NO SIGN stating it was out of order

The establishment is very clean. The staff was friendly, check in was a breeze.
Negatives:
Although the motel is set back off of the main street, the corner leading to it is very busy. My only complaint would be- a decent amount of drivers exiting LA Fitness didn't seem to acknowledge the stop sign. We were almost hit a few times.
