Negatives: Charged 35 for stained towels I didn't sign anything or read anything about a little stain that was actually washable just use bleach in the towels, I worked in hotels that's exactly what we do, haven't received my deposit from a previous stay,had to get key to room constantly replaced,blood on pillow cases but they charge me 35 for a towel but didn't care that I called about the blood, toilet paper,tv wasn't working,guy kept trying to get in to rooms that were locked and front desk didnt care
