The jacuzzi was spotlessly clean and worked amazing it was so fun. The bed was also very clean and pretty comfortable to say the least. The room also smelt very nice and the heater worked very well, maybe even too well!
Negatives:
It was very poorly cleaned. Spots all over the walls, rings from cups on the night stands, loads of dust and crumbs behind furniture, marks on the floor in the bathroom, marks in the bathtub, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were almost empty and looked smashed. As for the staff, when we arrived the man at the front desk literally did not say a single word other than our room number, made us a little uncomfortable. Breakfast tasted horrible, especially the eggs.

No hot water and poor water pressure in my room. The desk attendant did move me to a new room that did have hot water but poor water pressure, especially in the shower.

I noticed that the room that I booked was to small when I arrived so I asked the front desk if there’s anyway we could get a more spacious room and they didn’t hesitate. 24 hour pool/spa, complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds and great staff

It was decently cleaned the walls going up stairs are gross . The room was good size staff very friendly and great breakfast but very limited needs more variety

The walls going up stairs from the bottom floor they were gross the tv and tv channels weren’t working the tv didn’t work which tells me who knows when room was cleaned last and work out room smelled musty

Staff was extremely rude to my girlfriend and I and threatened to call the cops for being late on checkout when the app says otherwise, and we were never told check out was at x time so we trusted the app. The hot tub was over-chlorinated and gave me a sinus infection along with extremely dry skin..
The who i assume was the GM told us that policy is policy and she was extremely rude and was trying to make us look dumb when we showed her the checkout time was different over the app and not the correct time she stated..
This place was small, and the room was extremely echoey and small. along with stains ALL OVER THE BEDDING. ok top of that, we got a cold shower, and it wouldn't go hot.
Literally everything was wrong about this place and for them to be rude to us after such a miscommunication on their part is disrespectful and the owner should quit and resign from her position.
So overall, place sucks and it is not worth your money. I wish I could get a refund for the quality and rudeness of the staff. -10000/10
