At check-in, I was charged $100 on my credit card as a damage deposit. At check-out, I was informed that this amount would be refunded to my card. However, the refund has not been processed. I contacted the establishment, and they provided me with a receipt to file a dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunately, my credit card company informed me that the refund was denied by the establishment.
I also found it challenging to resolve the issue due to the limited contact options available—only a phone number is provided, which is inconvenient as I am currently outside the United States. I hope the hotel can review its procedures to make the process smoother for future guests.

When I got there they didn't seem to think they had my reservation, although they eventually "found" it after I showed them the reservation on my phone. The room had a hard floor rather than carpeting, which felt cold and uncomfortable. The hotel definitely had a vibe like it was under construction or would be soon.
