Negatives: The heater/air conditioner unit for the room didn't work. The toilet would run periodically through the night. The shower worked, but the fixture was in bad shape. The grout was gone and the dry wall was bulging. The security lock in the. Room was broken. Told the front desk about the heat, and they said they would let someone know. The heater was in bad shape. I doubt it has worked in a long time. Room 145. Room was right next to a busy road. This room needs attention. The front doors to the lobby were stuck open all night and it was very cold and rainy. Hard to believe they would operate the place the way they were.

Negatives: We had to go to the desk to get clean towels, ran out of toilet paper, room was never made up. We were out all day and came back to the room tired and then had to go back down to the desk to get the towels and the desk clerk said that he would put us on the house keeping list, but evidently that didn't work.

Negatives: The owner/manager is rude! I got a call back not to come back because I left shavings in the floor that can be easily vacuumed. This tells me this is why the room smelled dirty, they change linen and only do minor cleaning after a guest leaves.

Negatives: It was dirty! The shower curtain had black mold! The mirror had a face smudge that was not embedded into the mirror. The hallways smelled terrible. We had no housekeeping while there to bring coffee. Only had 1 cup for 2 people.

Negatives: Property was sadly lacking. Behind the front desk was a mess of boxes, etc. Room walls and curtains were dirty. There were holes in the bathroom door. No tissue, ice bucket or extra roll of TP. Carpet was dirty. Plumbing in first room was backed up. Shower head was not moveable and hit the back wall. Shower soap dispenser rack not in use and hanging by one screw. Cords for iron and hair dryer hanging down over the slatted closet shelf. There was a live band next door on Saturday and was hard to sleep.
