Positives: The bed was comfortable, and there was a 5-minute walk to the bus, 13 minutes to the train. Had bowls, plates, silverware, pot, stove, and microwave. Took about little over an hour to the airport and back, same as downtown. Was pretty quite neiborhood.
Negatives: The refrigerator was leaking water, dishwere dryer holder could use a good cleaning, the temperature gage wouldn't go up past 80 but the room felt like 60 degrees so it was a bit chilly in December. Seep hill going up and down from the train station to get the hotel.

Positives: The price.
Negatives: - Floor was filthy. - Moldy leftover hot pocket in microwave. - Water was luke warm at best - Bathroom door couldn't close and what looked like blood (or some other foreign substance) on it. - Pillows smelled like body odor (thank God we brought our own). - TV remote worked about half the time. - Toilet leaked - Shower head leaked. - Walls were dirty and paint chipped in many places.

Positives: I have my girlfriend coming in at different times than my check in after work. On weekend nights it can have issues. Travis set me up professionally and turn potentially problem into a good experience.
Negatives: All was good, but last time it took awhile to get my deposit back.

Negatives: Water was barely warm enough to shower comfortably and took way too long to warm up. I seen some insects inside the unit which is a big NO NO for any facility that has a kitchen and stores dishes… room keys seem to work only 50% of the time. Mattresses kept sliding off the frame. Toilet backs up easily to the point that maintenance decided to leave a plunger in the bathroom. Sick takes about an hour to drain after 10 minutes of use. I think two additional free nights in a better room would be an appropriate compromise for making me deal with most basic inconveniences.
