Positives: Room was clean and suitable for my family. Location was good. Was able to walk to different venue’s for services needed. Breakfast was ok. Need flavored coffee creamer.

Negatives: The hotel needs another elevator. Spent way too much time waiting to go up. My family and I took the stairs down when it was feasible to do so. The hotel needs to redo their parking lines in the parking lot. Ask customers with big vehicles to park in the back lot. People park any way they want and left many parking spaces unavailable for parking. It would also be nice for the hotel to place maid service tip envelopes in the rooms. I meant to ask for one when checking out and forgot too.
