No shampoo in the shower. Had to get out and call and it took over half an hour to get it. Made me late. Bedside table dirty. One table on one side of a king bed. Needs 2 tables

The room was as expected. The breakfast included was a great add on and the kids liked the pool.
Negatives:
Only one regular coffee was in our room and two decaf coffees. Would have been nice to have more regular coffee.
The omelette station at breakfast was quite busy and the 30 minute wait was too long for us. Unfortunately the scrambled eggs on the buffet were a very dry and cold alternative.

The price is a little crazy it should have got a better facing room for that price. Also their breakfast that you get when you spend $1,000 a night Canadian.. it's complete garbage waste of time going there all that's good is the orange juice sausage and that's it everything else is garbage wasting my time going there for breakfast I had better breakfast at one star hotels and motels on the side of the road then this four star location. Breakfast needs to be changed and made better very disappointed about that and the only thing I was looking forward for paying $1,000 a night was breakfast..

Our stay for the Hawks games was perfect! After the game just short walk and we were in our room. We even had 2 free drinks from floor 2! Then to top it off we loved our breakfast the next morning. thank you al!

The parking fee is outrageously high at $60 USD per night. The staff and supervisors lacked attention to detail, with issues such as missing toilet paper and body soap in the room. Our room cards were deactivated after the first night, and when they reactivated them, they only did one card instead of both leaving my wife stuck having to come back down. The Wi-Fi stopped working at 8 p.m. and wasn’t restored until midday the next day. They also forgot to reprogram our room cards for parking, leaving us stuck inside the parkade at the exit gate with cars honking behind us. This situation could have been dangerous in an emergency. These avoidable errors reflect a lack of care, especially considering we paid over $1,000 CAD for two nights.
