The property intentionally list the property with the wrong description to scam people of their offering.
I booked a two bedroom suite hotel. With description of two bedrooms plus living room.
But they only provide us a one bedroom suite.
Claim the fault of this issue is due to 3rd party (booking.com)
Later I found out, they do not even have a suite with two bedrooms.

Location was perfect for our trip. The breakfast buffet and especially the omelet order was delicious. I loved the soda machine and the ability to drink no or low calorie drinks.
Negatives:
We were disappointed that our room was not cleaned daily. We had to call the first night for towels and then we requested cleaning service for the rest of our stay. We did not get it and it was not disclosed at check in.

Refrigerator not working, no cups for coffee, no instructions other than through your phone which I do not know how to use to get instructions. Restaurant downstairs had no coffee so not havng paper cups means no coffee! In the morning, desk person brought up coffee cups.

I paid more than what I expected. I paid for a king, queen and sofa bed and instead only had king bed and sofa bed.
Because of the hotel being packed they could not accommodate they told me to call booking.com because that is where I reserved from. The front desk person should have discounted my stay. I called booking. com and stated they spoke with the front desk at embassy suites. I would get a response within 48 hours. I have not yet received any information regarding this!!
