Positives: Staff was kind, price was affordable.
Negatives: We booked a room with two queen beds and were given two full beds and have not been refunded the difference. The room smelled bad and was not very clean. There was gum on the room phone and the phone didn't work. There was gum, trash and fingernails in the air conditioning vent. The shower floor was black and the sink did not drain properly.

Negatives: The hotel need to be cleaned and if a family pay seven day and the paper said that the hotel will clean the room you need to do that because it is many days to wait for cleaned and it doesn't happen before the next seven days. In my opinion, the room needs to be cleaned after three days minimum. This is important because people cook into the room. We care the room avoiding to keep any garbage overnight inside the kitchen but the hotel doesn't know if all family is doing the same thing. Thank you for the opportunity to bring my opinion and the hotel can improve in this way.
