Our room was far too hot in the middle of the night with no ability to lower the temperature other than a degree and no windows to open. Pillows we were provided with were like bags of sand so flat and uncomfortable. Requested better pillows for second night

I enjoyed my stay at your convenient hotel. The room was clean and staff was very good. They arranged to have our groups 2 rooms side by side.
Negatives:
The restaurant was not very good. Members of our party were served cold food and my bacon was old tasting and not hot so greasy. The waitress was very nice and one of our 9 meals was comped.
My only problem with my room was the height of the bed. I am 5'4" and have some back issues. I could not get into bed. Looking around I found a sturdy garbage can, turned it over and used it as a step stool. I think a small stool should be available in every room to aid short people getting into your ridiculously high beds.

Positives:
Downtown location is convenient and centrally located. We stayed here in the aftermath of the ‘Bomb Cyclone’ and it was packed with people who were taking refuge of having no power at their homes. The staff were amazing while dealing with a full hotel, bar and restaurant.
Negatives:
I found the bed to be soft and uncomfortable.
