We were in a handicap room ( although not requested) with no bathroom door . Quite an experience to hear or smell „ bathroom business“. Really not a great experience. When we pointed it out to the same receptionist it seemed she couldn‘t care less. The bar/ lounge staff had difficulties keeping the orders straight and missed half of them.

Price was high. The in house restaurant is expensive. The hotel is located in a food desert. Only one nearby deli was convenient for getting sandwiches and groceries.

I booked this hotel via booking.com and I asked for the invoice at the reception when I was checking out. Receptionist told me I have to request it from booking.com since I booked my stay through them so I did and I’ve got the response that hotel is required to provide the invoice. This has been ongoing for almost a week and I’ve contacted several times both, the hotel and booking.com customer service. Given it was a business trip which I need to expense and this hotel is on the pricey side it’s very inconvenient for me and wouldn’t expect this poor level of customer service from either of the two companies. If I knew this would be the case I’d never booked this hotel as it’s not worth the hustle.
