Negatives: Dirty on top of refrigerator. Put in room right next to the bus stop. ADA room didnt have shower accommodations

Negatives: Charging 50 dollars for parking is absolutely insane after charging almost 300 a night.

Negatives: We booked a king bed with pull out sofa. Upon checking in we were given just a king bed, no sofa. When we went downstairs the front desk manager, Christopher, refused to move us to a room that matched the description without charging us more. No apologies, no accountability for the description being in accurate. We were told it was our fault for booking the room and selecting only two guests. Tell me how that makes sense? We needed two beds. Both adults could have needed separate beds.

Negatives: The pool area could really use a bit of care and updating. Paint off in several areas and it was quite a bit dirty

Negatives: Wifi is truly bad as other guests said. No electric kettle at room even though there is with a kitchen. No bath tub. No 7-11, supermarket or pharmacy nearby the hotel. But next to hotel counter there is a tiny grocery shop. Beautiful lake view, but you can hear the sound of every seaplane takeoff. Hope to improve the Wifi quality, add an electric kettle, tea bags and coffee capsules in the room for guests would be wonderful.

Negatives: I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed pillows had an unpleasant odor, even after we received the full cleaning service on the sixth day. We also noticed that the full cleaning service missed some hairs in the bathtub. Additionally, the sofa emitted an odor from both the cushions and the sofa itself. When we first entered the room, there was a strong cooking smell that we discovered came from the kitchen fan located beneath the microwave. The fan was greasy and had a lingering odor. Although we asked the housekeepers to clean it, the smell persisted, which was quite uncomfortable, I believe a deep cleaning was necessary.

Negatives: Stayed for 3 nights, 4 days, ate breakfast for 3 mornings. Every morning, breakfast was a rough experience. Paper plates most of the times, missing spoons, cups for several minutes. Yes, they do eventual bring them, but there are several blocks of 10 minutes or more within an hour window where either utensil are unavailable or food is unavailable. Can understand this happening, once or twice, but multiple times every day, and 3 days in a row in inexplicable. Further, was supposed to have room "refreshed" after first 2 days. Had to go and tell them twice during my 3rd day to change the towels, and get new coffee pods. finally, got done late in the night on the 3rd day. One of the 2 elevators never worked all three days. The pool area mostly did not have towels most of the time. I feel it's a combination of staff shortage, and may be intentional negligence from management to reduce costs. I would not visit again.

Negatives: Quite an old hotel.Breakfast is not well organized. The service during breakfast was awefull - many guests waited too much time for the food. Parking in the hotel is too expensive! Room cleaning is not daily.
