Comfortable and clean will bring...
Positives:
Loved the split comforters and bed was comfy. Room & property were clean and we love that pets can stay with you (for an additional fee). Location was perfect for what we needed and all of the staff we interacted with seemed to genuinely like their jobs. Special thanks to Karin and William :)
Negatives:
Not a fan of the amenities fee...while it's great to get two drink vouchers and a water bottle to take home with you, not everyone wants these kinds of things & it just adds to the cost of the room. Would be better to offer an amenities package for guests who want one. Also not a fan of the bathroom barn door...it's cute, but not great for privacy. The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim as well.

Positives:
A funky, artsy and unique hotel located in Belltown and 1/2 mile walk to family we were visiting.
The room was very cute and the bed was comfortable. It is also an easy walk to many different types of restaurants, wonderful shopping and Pike Place Market.
The staff members were very outgoing and helpful. The lobby was cozy, welcoming and friendly with lots of comfortable seating, activities and games, and a coffee bar with a barista and baked goods.
We also really loved the filtered and sparkling water dispenser for filling our water bottles daily.
Negatives:
Parking can be challenging if you don’t want to pay for garage parking. And we didn’t care for the weird bedding set up. We prefer a traditionally made up bed; fitted and top sheets with a comforter sized to the bed.

We liked the small thoughtful amenities - free welcome drink, refillable water station with free reusable water bottle in room, 2 duvets on our queen bed (great for couples - no sharing covers!), and dog treats at the front desk. William at the front desk was absolutely amazing, so welcoming and gave us great recommendations of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. We enjoyed our one night in Seattle so much more going to the places he suggested!
Negatives:
Parking lot was super cramped and hard to maneuver in, plus pricey. But not surprising for any major city, and we were thankful they at least had accessible parking.

Location was good, bed was comfortable. In the end staff was courteous and understanding of the problems we encountered and did what was in their power to help.
Negatives:
First room we were assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, we requested a new room - why didn't housekeeping report this when they last cleaned it? There was no coffee or breakfast available at 0630, trainee was there but no trainer, we ended up having to go to another property for coffee and breakfast to meet our timeline. The duvet cover thingy with no top sheet is a hard pass, I am a hot sleeper and that just does not work for me, did not appreciate it at all - and no once settled in bed for the night did I think to call downstairs to see if they had sheets available, I tired and done for the day. At check out they did remove the Amenity fee, since the amenities (including pineapple water) weren't actually available
