Breakfast staff were nice and helpful, food offerings were pretty standard and acceptable.

This is the first time I have ever had to write a negative review for any property I have stayed in. Our room smelt like a pet kennel and as the hotel was supposedly full we could not be relocated. Despite sleeping with he bathroom fan on and the window open all night it did not elevate the odor. Front office staff could not offer any compensation and despite trying to reach General Manager Yolanda over the course of 1 month she never made herself available ( always in a meeting) nor were any of my requests for a call back returned. Finally my last call to this property I was advised to write an email about my complaint, Seriously !!! The room air conditioner was full of pet hair which I have included in this review.
