This is typically our favorite place to stay in silverdale. However we will not be returning. Our check in was late because they didn’t have the room ready from the night before, we had plans so we didn’t get to our room until it was bedtime. Then we were double charged, I called management and never got a reply. A week later I call the front desk and they tell me the 2nd charge would come off, then a few days later I called back because it hadn’t, and they said we are charged a smoking fee!!! We didn’t smoke in the room, she said do you want to talk to management?! Ha!! I’ve been waiting for a reply from management for a freaking week. No. We are done here.

It leaked rain into our room, and had to be moved to a lesser level room @3 am. The hotel didn't offer anything to accommodate us to ensure a return to this facility. Not sorry for the inconvenience. I'm very disappointed at the way they handled this situation. What a missed opportunity.

For some reason, hot water was not getting to our room at the extreme end of the building. Spoke with night staff and then the day staff about the water situation. They insist that the hot water system is working, that we just need to run it for 10 minutes for it to get to us. It never happen. We decided to leave on the 2nd day and requested a refund on our 3 nights booking that was supposed to be non refundable. They refused. I worked with our credit card to resolve this.

We loved our stay here and there was so much to like. This was definitely a hidden gem. Beds were comfy, great ocean view, staff were very friendly/professional. Loved the breakfast. Our rate was nicely priced. Loved that there was a bar onsite. Hotel was not overly busy. Great little get away. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

A little feedback: carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced, stains were an eye sore and wish the hot tub was open while we were there but other than everything else was great.
