Loved that the room was clean, hallways and front desk area were super clean and tidy. Very appealing to the eyes. Festive decorations were also very enjoyable to see up. Front desk help when checking in was great as well.
Negatives:
Forgot something, called front desk and they put me on hold for 5 minutes, told me they looked super thoroughly, but idk.

The free breakfast was excellent. We had one dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. The room was very quiet.
Negatives:
The first room we were assigned did not have working heat so we had to change rooms. The rooms are dark and gloomy and in need of an update. The hallways and restaurant were cold.
