Motel 6-Spokane WA - Downtown

Negatives: Seemed like a very bait-&- switch motel. Location was poor. Wall was banging all night long, ceiling light didn't work, security locK came right off the door, bathroom fixture came off when you use the towels

Negatives: They charge extra for things that should be standard in even the cheapest motels like a microwave and a mini frig. My door had to be slammed shut in order to stay shut otherwise you could just walk right in. Finally, I told the staff about my ceiling light which didn't work early before work and it still had not been fixed when I got back several hours later. This was room 151.

Negatives: i paid for 2 rooms- one with 2 double beds and the othef with a queen bed. upon arrival our rooms were not confirmed. office staff spoke very broken english which was extremely hard to understand. I was charged an additional room fee of $50 i was told would be refunded, but it wasnt and was charged at hotel. The. perimeter door did not lock, bullet holes in the glass, no elevator for my elderly father to access the 2nd floor rooms. where they put us. Room 254 smelled like rotten meat and toe fungus. the shower floor was bouncy felt lile floor was going to fall through. the beds slides off the platform bottoms, the door handle was sticky and hard to open from either side. Room 259 same issue with platforms, but overall room was cleaner and smelled better. no coffee in either room. definetly not a pleasent stay, loud music playing amd people arguing ALL night long. would not stay again.

Negatives: There were cockroaches all over our room. When I asked the female employee working the front desk for a refund because I booked the room for 2 nights, she was rude telling me "My manager knows about the cockroaches" I told her thats something they should inform paying customers about beforehand if its a known problem. The hotel would only refund one night! Bullshit!! Never staying there again EVER!

Negatives: Everything cock roaches

Negatives: Every room I have stayed in always has dirty linens and something broken or missing. Even when I pay for a microwave and fridge I still don’t receive one. WiFi never works and you’re lucky if you get a decent working tv, also just not safe for kids. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
