This isa very nice place. clean, modern, and comfortable, The staff was very courteous and helpful. The view can't be helped as it's an urban area but amenities' abound, shopping, dining, entertainment. On a nice day the mountain is visible. I wouldn't call it a vacation destination, but if you are on business in the area it's where I would stay.
Negatives:
If I had to complain about something it would be parking but it's not horrible. A garage would be nice, but except what you can't change.

The bed was comfortable, and the lady who served us at the restaurant the first night we were there was very nice with great service. The hamburger was very good
Negatives:
The pool area was dirty and we were the first people to use it for the day, lots of dirt residue on the floor around the pool.
The breakfast was alright, but not much selection on the menu for additional option to eat.
The espresso machine was broken and they had no substitute so we could not take advantage of the coffee option instead of breakfast and the person working behind the counter wasn’t very well informed on what was allowed with the complementary drink

Positives:
Quiet rooms, quiet heating system, nice room lighting, very helpful and efficient staff, secure elevator system. The breakfast bacon and fruit was very high quality.
Negatives:
Miss having a glass drinking glass in room.
Wish there was covered and closer parking especially for having to pay extra for parking.
Wish there was complimentary water in lobby or even at breakfast. A drinking fountain, a self serve water dispenser would be very welcoming on arrival. Yes there was water bottles for purchase, but that doesn’t match the class of the front desk reception
