Good news! Before Sunday, Jan 12th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, Jan 12th, 2025 at midnight and Monday, Jan 13th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Jan 13th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.
