The room had bugs due to construction. The toilet broke 3 times. We had to ask for toilet paper. Beds we're not made backup when housekeeping came in to clean. When you pay almost $250 a night you shouldn't have to ask for things and things should not be broken once they've been fixed the first time. The last thing is they had nowhere to charge your phones. Most hotels now have that. Lesson learned I will bring chargers myself next time.
