Negatives:
Had to move rooms due to extremely noisy neighbour. Next room offered smelled so strongly of cologne we couldn't do it. Third room was ok. In the middle of the night we were awoken by neighbour blaring TV and couldn't sleep for hours. Found small cockroach in bathroom, otherwise it seemed clean. Room was very dim. Only lamps for light was inadequate. Beds were not comfortable.

Convenience to shepherd university. Sheets across the street. Shower was clean.
Negatives:
The room smelled absolutely disgusting like burnt mold or something. The carpet was soo dirty. My socks were black after a half hr of walking in my room. Had to wear my shoes. There were no decent breakfast options other than the 1 waffle maker everyone was in line for because they would never refill it.

Cannot really say anything that I liked about this experience
Negatives:
No Elevator
No working phone in the room
Electrical sockets did not work
No towels or washcloths
Trash was not picked up
Dirty towels were not picked up
We were out of the room from 10 AM until 10:40 PM
And even after filling out their cord about what we wanted done while we were gone, nothing was done
The room was stinking when we got back in there

There was a problem with my credit card, so the Desk Representative on duty that evening called me to tell me about it. When she said she ran my card and it was declined, I thought it was a scam because I was to pay at the property. She further made the situation even difficult by saying "no" we need you to pay before you come in, even though, clearing on booking.com it states pay at the property, but she wasn't even giving me a chance to think and respond, she said, so I will just cancel your reservation. I was 10 minutes away and just wanted to get to the hotel, she did not give me any chance to respond to say I would be there in a few minutes and take care of it, she wanted me to do it while I was driving. She just kept asking me for a credit card or I would have to cancel, even though I stated I would be there in now, 5 minutes. It was very unsettling. I have chosen this hotel because it is close to where I work, but I would rather drive extra then to be treated that way.

Rooms were clean but had a faint musty/damp smell at some points when running the A/C. Not a game changer, but somewhat unpleasant a times.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to in my life. Full of mold and after moving rooms 3 times due to the mold infestation and rancid air quality, we were placed in a room that was not touched by housekeeping. Absolutely foul and when it was brought to their attention they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. The beds were tossed, the carpets were so disgusting my sons feet turns completely black after walking on them for 5 minutes and their “hot” breakfast was literally toast and a waffle maker. Housekeeping banging on the door at 8am was extremely annoying as well. This place is a cesspool, not to mention the people that live there were doing drug deals in the parking lot throughout the night.
