Positives: The rooms were clean and comfy. It smelled clean. Kristyn (?) Checked me out after my stay and when I mentioned the stay was "alright" (not in a bad way) she immediately wanted to help if she could make it better. Exceptional customer service and I loved her helpful attitude and kind demeanor. All the front desk staff were kind. The elevators were clean. The mini fridge was clean and the microwave was clean/had the plate in it. The pool was warm & upkept.
Negatives: Breakfast wasn't included with the booking through the website. For $150/night I feel like it shouldn't have been 15/person extra. But, dunkin is nearby and so it wasn't too much of a bummer.

Positives: Rooms were good nice to have pool and breakfast
Negatives: Pool wasn't heated and was a Hassel to make sure breakfast was covered, granted the breakfast thing was from another party to hilton, hilton staff was good to deal with and helped with situation no complaints on the breakfast end from hilton. only thing with hilton was pool wasn't heated. O forgot the lighting set up wasn't the greatest in the room alot of Hassel to have light in the room.
