Negatives: Can’t think of a thing.

Negatives: They wouldn't let me use Hilton honors points

Negatives: It told be on booking.com my total was 238 something and when I checked out the chargered me more . There was no extra blankets or sheets in the room. Front desk gave us sheets even though they claimed there was some in room but wasn’t. The fridge didn’t stay that cold .

Negatives: Nothing. Well, the pet fee of $75 ,was a bit high as we left the room in perfect clean order. They dont charge more for kids and they could cause more damage than my small 12 pound dog! If they have to charge for s pet couldn't it be a deposit and they could check the room before the guest checks out,? I think that is a lot more fair to pet owners! You would never have known a dog wzs in our room. It is a money maker for the hotel and a bit of a rip off for the pet owner, especially in our case. My comment applies to all hotels including this one. Other than that I loved the hotel!

Negatives: this location "lost" my reservation. fortunately, property still had rooms available. paid for walk-in room. then at 0300, this location "found" my original reservation and billed me for that. even though my 3rd party booking agency canceled the reservation for free after i reported the check in "lost" reservation. property denied charging me twice when i checked out in morning. this franchisee likely needs to be audited for fraudulent practises. they are degrading the hilton brand reputation

Negatives: The mattress is so soft that I got a back ache sleeping on it on my side. They also don’t have lower profile pillows. So, for anyone sleeping on their side, the body is arched like in a hammock. I asked for a firmer mattress or a thinner pillow and neither was available. Anyone who is used to firmer mattresses should stay away. Other US brand hotels have firmer mattresses and a choice of pillows. Or bring your own pillow. The other disappointment was the length of the pool. Most quality hotels have a pool of 40+ feet length which is long enough to lap swim. This pool is only 27 feet, which is only suitable as a play pool. I don’t understand why a new hotel would build such a short pool, next to the fitness room. Surely there would have been 13 more feet of space available. The hotel has some groceries for purchase, which is nice. But I don’t get why they sell all kind of drinks but no milk or cream for coffee/tea. The rooms only have powder creamer. The water bottles in the room are $3 each if you’re not a Hilton Honors member. Do they really have to charge for water when the room rate is already $300/night?
