Positives: Rooms are nice, beds comfortable.
Negatives: We checked in after 8pm. No one at front desk. Finally get to room and Room was freezing when we walked in. Turned heat on which took 4 hours to get some warmth.

Positives: Location was half way to our final destination of Philadelphia. The rate could not be beat! Overall the place was clean and quiet!
Negatives: When walking to our room there was a strong smell perhaps a cleaning agent of some kind. But someone may have also sprayed an abnormal amount of body spray too. However the smell was almost unbearable. The rooms were very clean and overall great just that one small detail

Negatives: It took over 40 minutes to get checked in. The person at the front desk was new and it was his first day. He did an excellent job and did everything he could but had absolutely no help from senior staff. 3 people left to go elsewhere.
