Days Inn by Wyndham West-Eau Claire

Negatives: I googled hotels with pools & this was one of the top choices it gave. So I jumped on getting the room to discover once we got there it was under redivisions & couldnt be used I was so sad my little big & I were excited to go swimming he was really upset

Negatives: The room next door was having a domestic dispute, the man as throwing things at the wall directly next to our room. I told the front desk, I was about to call the police my self but the front desk assured me he talked to them and they would be quite. They continued to fight loudly and were told by mgmt to be quite. Right outside the window of my room clearly visible were people doing drugs. We need the room because we were traveling and unexpectedly needed to submit paperwork. We specifically pick a place that advertised a computer for guest use in the lobby. I called ahead to confirm that they had one. The computer was barely usable. There was some question to if they were going to be able to log in at all but they managed to get on the internet.

Negatives: Staff, the room, very creepy cleaning/ front desk worker went through all are luggage while we were out. Most uncomfortable place ever.

Negatives: The shower/tub was awful,, stray hairs in tub, faucet was leaking, no stopper, and very rusty, nasty and gross... Television had lines running through it on the bottom of screen. Breakfast was horrible, nothing hot except waffles and the batter for them tasted gross ... Pool, in which that is why I booked the hotel in the first place, was out of order,.. Bathroom door handle was loose and could have trapped someone in their. Bathroom fan was so loud ,thought it was going to fall down... Ceiling was chipping and peeling... Room itself was so so small..Just absolutely horrible.....Worst hotel that I have stayed in. Was promised a nice discount for the inconvenience, and that never happened... I recommend no one stay at this DAYS INN in Eau Claire Wisconsin......

Negatives: Room stunk of cigarette smoke, stain on my sheets with dirt, water was cold in shower no hot water

Negatives: I was there for 3 nights and my room didn't get cleaned the entire time I was there.

Negatives: The room had an odor that my nose didn't like. I'm not sure what they clean with but room had an underlying musty smell. The air conditioning was off which would have sucked the humidity out of the room and I think that was the issue. Refrigerator was unplugged and it smelled musty (unplugged refrigerators need the door to remain open). I also killed around 5 little flying bugs that I think were gnats. They were annoying. Hot tub also had no water in it.
