Negatives: If you're hoping to stay multiple nights I would look elsewhere. Mold in the shower, room service not provided when requested, very limited breakfast choices, and front desk staff unwilling to accommodate an hour-later checkout.

Positives: Staff helpfulness, attitude, and friendliness. Availability of Coffee and roll Breakfast in a clean space.
Negatives: Room toilet backed up in the morning but staff took care of it quickly upon notification.
