Friendly staff, clean, free breakfast, alot of tv channels

Bedding was a little outdated, but other than that excellent for what I paid

VERY, VERY QUIET....but it was nearly empty this time and date of the year
Negatives:
Just a TON of simple, quick, easy and cheap fix-ups that needed to be done. Knicks in walls, chipped paint, scratches on corners....simple and would have made the difference. The chairs in the rooms sucks. Hard as hell and basically, just a chair.

No elevator and check in clerk not welcoming or responsive to questions.
I also plan to pay with my debit card once I arrived but my credit card was ran instead when I clear marked pay when I get there.
Ive stayed @ several quality inns but this was the worst one ever. Will not stay here again.

The location is great. The staff is friendly.

There is a smell in the hallway, I guess because our room is close to the laundry. My first day there is only 2 bath towels in my room, when my room was cleaned they didnt replenish the towels.

Very comfortable bed.

The toilet didnt flush and I called the desk, we were told that we have to wait until morning for the maintenance person. Though we were told that we can be moved to another room, which we said never mind because we were already settled, I asked for a plunger and did what has to be done.

Location is convenient. I will recommend it just for this reason and if the guest is not picky about their housekeeping.
Negatives:
Housekeeping call at 8 am if I need towels, she gave me the towels but never told me that they will not come back to clean. The next day I ask if they can clean the room around 8:30 she said if we are out in 30 minute I have to ask her to give us an hour.
