Positives:
It was close to interstate. The people were extremely nice and when I left my pillow in the room, they had it all ready for me at the front to pick up.
Negatives:
The hotel is going through a re-model. Pool was peeling. Floor in hallway was taped down with duct tape. But the new things done to the rooms were very nice. The bathroom tub made noise when stood in it for shower? But it was good place to stay.

Okay hotel for a one...
Positives:
The lobby was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee on tap 24/7. Room was comfortable. I was on ground floor and the window opened up fully, with a view of woodland, which was very nice. Some remodelling had been started, so part of the hall/corridor looked a bit rough, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. My stay was fine, with no major complaints.

Positives:
I liked the hot tub
Negatives:
For starters when I first got there, there was bugs in the hot tub so I had to clean it out myself so we drove to Dollar tree and bought a bunch of cleaning supplies then had to go to TJ Maxx to buy blankets to sleep on because I didn’t trust theirs because they had stains and were dirty And then we cleaned up the hotel ourselves to our comfort and stayed anyway didn’t complain then we find out we are getting charged $20 because there was blood in the room which makes absolutely no sense. I have pictures of the room because we stayed there because my daughter had a soccer game in Appleton and we’re not from Appleton so it was easy for us to stay at the city she was having the game and I made gift bags in that hotel, and we only did that and left so for them to say there was any sort of mess or blood is absolutely wrong and when I called, he was so rude. He said you could be charged $300. I said I wanna talk to the manager and the manager doesn’t come till two, so I basically got no answers. I said I want pictures of what this looks like because I did not leave that hotel room in any kind of mess and I got nothing so we’re sitting here with a $20 fee and they’re about it. I also did not like that. They said breakfast included, and there was a drop of milk, a drop of sunny D yogurt, bottom of cereal, and one of those swirling cereal servers, there was only cereal on the bottom Froot Loops and frosted flakes and then a waffle maker that is it that’s not really a breakfast to me very small very cheap. I just thought the experience would’ve been better. Just right by the highway so if you’re on the end of the highway is on, you’re gonna hear cars all night which we were because the king suites room 119 on the end. Have a couple pictures of the bags that I had put together already unfortunately

Negatives:
I stayed at this property with my mom and daughter I arrived at like 3am on Sunday morning after a concert. While being checked in the guy behind the counter, made a few comments about sleeping I had said I work night idk when I will go to sleep. I then got all the things and got back in the car and parked we grabbed our things out the car and headed up to our room. When we got up there the front desk guy was walking by the room which I found weird but not to weird.. I then started unpacking a few things and getting my daughter ready for bed. I realized I had not gotten my Id back at the front desk I had been in the room for like 5 min I went to go down to the front desk and I opened the door and the front desk guy was literally right outside the door like when we came up. At that point I was really creeped out and feeling kind of unsafe. So I get my Id back and I walk out the front door and walk towards the back and light a cigarette then the front desk guy came out the back door and asked for a cigarette which I gave him but I finished mine as fast as I could he tried making small talk but I was short with him I finished quickly and went inside and never left the room again because I was so weirded and creeped out I felt unsafe I didn’t even go down for breakfast cause I was still so creeped out I felt that was weird stalker behavior.. what if I was alone and not with others would it have escalated?
I just wanted to let you know my experience so it maybe doesn’t happen to anyone else. I will not be staying at that location again… due to this situation
