The hotel was busy yet quiet, clean and very organized.
The staff was very nice and friendly.
Negatives:
I was informed that I am not entitled to my Gold privileges since I made my booking through a third party.
If I had not checked my bill at departure I would have been charged almost $200 over the booked rate. Not sure how the discrepancy took place but the manager at check out took it seriously and corrected it on the spot.
