Positives:
The staff was very pleasant at all locations. From my check in at the front desk, to my breakfast server in the morning, to the staff encounters in the elevator when I would chat with them, plenty of parking, fabulous view of the Mississippi River which is what I wanted to see on this trip. There were an abundance of towels. The room had individual soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. which was nice.
Negatives:
More lighting options in the room. I'm sure it is perfect for most people as there were lamps at the desk, in the corner and by the beds. I like a bright room.

My room was canceled even though I had the booking confirmation and updated my card. So we had to drive 3 hours back home. Front desk said it was booking.coms fault and didn’t give me any options to book another room, they could have been booked up but front desk gave zero feedback or help besides saying it’s not their confirm # and it was canceled. Disappointed we were given no help or options besides it being booking.com fault for not sharing customer information even though I still had it showing confirmed and credit card was updated.

The meal at the restaurant
Was very good. The staff (Macy and Troy) were very attentive, which made for a very enjoyable meal.
Negatives:
Our room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. Visible dirt under sink, on mopboard, and behind door. Loose toilet seat. Had king bed and sheets did not fit. Sat on bed and fitted sheets popped off. Tried to adjust, they didn't fit!
The price of the room did not correlate with the room setting. We paid more as it was an anniversary getaway for us.

Location and view is superb. Rooms are comfortable, everything worked. Parking is convenient, check in staff was helpful.
Negatives:
The dining room for breakfast was messy. We counted thirteen tables and booths that had not been cleared. They had to clear a table to seat us but did not clear any other tables. Staff was not that busy but obviously nobody wanted to clear tables. I think they need a new restaurant manager.
