Housekeeping policy is that they will service your room every third day. In actual practice, they didn't appear until we'd been their four days, so they only came in once during an 8-day stay. We two people staying in the room, the tiny wastebaskets filled up within a day. The few towels provided weren't refreshed, and we quickly ran out of toilet paper.

Had to wait a long time for staff to come to counter to check in. Also, they decided to do a chemical treatment to the hot tub in the early afternoon, so the hot tub wasn't ready to use until 10 pm.
