The breakfast waffles were good. Not a lot of variety for fruit. Area for eating was very small. Location was very close to my son that I was visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was wonderful and the the towels were great and fluffy.
Negatives:
The Midwest in Winter is very cold. I did not like sleeping in socks because there was no carpeting and I get up a couple of times during the night. Elevator is not marked on the floor and it was very small. Three people with only one with luggage was a tight squeeze. It also should be listed that you need to pay for parking.

The locations was great for what we were doing in the area.
Negatives:
We called in a noise complaint for the person across the hallway. We asked the lady to please be quiet since it was 2am. She yelled at us “DONT F#%KING TALK TO ME”…we found that super disrespectful. She was talking/yelling on the phone with her door wide open and in the hallway. There were also doors slamming every 5 minutes from her and that’s when we finally said something. This was going on from 2am-8am. We couldn’t sleep at all! We had a serious doctor’s appointment that morning and it was for my mom who has Epilepsy which is NOT good. She needs her sleep!

Property was fine. But I had to pay $20 for parking and your app made it seem like it was included. Don’t list parking as an amenity if I have to pay for it. I understand very clearly that I can always find paid parking. I don’t need your app for that.

This is a 5 star hotel .The staff generally were good especially Latasha who was superb. The hotel is well located and connected to public transport. Free complimentary breakfast and gym for exercises. To crown it all they even provide a free shuffle transport service for dropping and picking up customers. I will highly recommend them.
