Positives: The pool water was very comfortable. The room was clean and the furnishings were in very good condition. The front desk ladies were friendly!

Negatives: At first, the bed was comfortable. However, it became very hard after a while. There aren't too many hotel beds out there that are comfortable. The coffee selection could've included a "bold" selection as well as flavored creamers. There were packets of plain oatmeal; however, there was no brown suger to sweeten it (or other condiments). Otherwise, it is a typical hotel breakfast.

Negatives: Photos showed a hot tub which isn’t there. Having Our dog which is used for a service dog due to having seizures we were still charged a $25 fee even after explaining there was a doctors note available
