After Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: I did not like the charge of $75.00 for a (4) pound yokie. Also I did not like the charge to use the internet. This was the first and only hotel that charged for WIFI. Not convenient for travelers that need to catch up with things they missed while traveling.
